Dayaram Dhaniram Rajput is an inspiration and the driving force behind Vastu Hoghar, with decades of experience in the construction sector. He has guided countless individuals in finding their dream homes and has made an indelible mark on the industry. His impeccable skills in project management, planning, and construction execution have enabled him to master the delivery of large-scale luxury real estate projects. His career highlights include a distinguished period during which he has successfully completed over 1,000,000 sq ft of high-end construction. His unwavering commitment to quality has established him as a pillar of the industry.

Yogesh Patil

Mr. Yogesh Patil is a highly qualified and skilled civil engineer with a specialized Master’s degree in Construction Management. His exceptional blend of technical skills and management acumen was showcased during a major project in Lusaka, Zambia. The project was a collaborative venture between the Government of the Republic of Zambia and AFCONS Infrastructure Limited, India, valued at over 2000 crore and funded by EXIM Bank of India. Yogesh brings invaluable expertise from his time in the family business, exemplifying incredible project leadership and ensuring operational excellence. His comprehensive background and strategic approach render him an indispensable leader in the field.

Nitin N. Mhatre

With over 30 years of experience in the construction sector, Mr. Nitin Mhatre has made an indelible mark while managing and delivering large-scale luxury real estate projects. His career highlights include a successful tenure at LODHA GROUP from 1992 to 2005, where he delivered more than 1,000,000 sqft of high-end construction, showcasing his skills in project management, planning, and construction execution. In 2005, he founded his own company, continuing to build his legacy with over 400,000 sqft of distinguished projects. His continued dedication to quality makes him a stalwart in the industry.
